SHOP POLICIES

NO SHOWS

If you do not show up for your appointment you will be marked as a “no show” in our booking system. No shows are required to leave a credit card number when booking their next 5 appointments. If you are marked as a no show a second or third time your credit card on file will automatically be charged the full amount of the services you booked the appointment for.

LATE APPOINTMENTS

If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment you may not be able to receive services. If you are late more than once you will be marked as a “no show”. No shows are required to leave a credit card number when booking their next 5 appointments. If you are late a second or third time your credit card on file will automatically be charged the full amount of the services you booked the appointment for regardless of if we have time to complete them.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel an appointment up to 2 hours in advance of your appointment time. If you repeatedly cancel appointments you will be marked as a “no show”. No shows are required to leave a credit card number when booking their next 5 appointments. If you cancel late a second or third time your credit card on file will automatically be charged the full amount of the services you booked the appointment for.

When booking for yourself and a family member or friend, please book 2 separate appointments instead of one long appointment. Please note your appointment is subject to move forward or back 15 minutes with notice via our text message system. Please ensure you have booked the correct type of appointment. For example if you book a “haircut” and upon arrival actually want a bald skin fade our barbers will not have time to complete this service. If you have questions about the service you want please make your appointment by phone.

We will gladly try a child’s first haircut but if at anytime it becomes dangerous to the child or interferes with our other customer’s relaxing experience, we will have to end the cut. Please note we only allocate 30 minutes per little man haircut. If your child is unable to sit still or begins crying we will have to end the haircut early.
